I spoke with Marisela by phone in order to change my auto insurance from NM to CA. She gave me quotes immediately and let me know that California’s minimum coverage is more than NM. Since I had State Farm in NM, she said it would be a relatively easy process called a “transfer.” I would receive a refund check in the mail and she would track the process from my agent in NM so that I didn’t have to cancel with them or do anything else. She was knowledgeable, polite, efficient and offered exemplary service that is so rare in today’s world. I had been putting off calling as I thought it would be a huge hassle - but instead it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Marisela and State Farm.
